Other Courses
For those who would like to deepen their experience with the Alexander Technique without committing to the full teacher training course, we offer two other options:
- You are most welcome to spend just one or several mornings on the
course, participating in all activities (60 euro per day). - If you are interested in getting involved on a more regular in-depth Alexander experience, it is possible to join the course as a student on a 3 or 4 day basis for a block of 5 weeks or a term of 10 weeks (depending on availability). You can simply enjoy the work for your own self development and well-being without the commitment to become an Alexander teacher. However if at a later stage you wish to become an AT teacher your attended days will be counted towards your 1600 hour training course time.

New students can join the training course at any time throughout the year but preferably at the start of a new term; see the course timetable.
